This PoC demonstrates the use case of an agent-based customer experience assurance for intelligent IT service operations. The scope of this PoC is to validate how agent-based mechanisms can improve customer experience assurance through knowledge-driven, data-driven, and closed-loop service operations. It focuses on addressing key pain points such as inefficient issue propagation, insufficient pre-processing, fragmented operational tools, weak proactive handling, and heavy reliance on manual operations. The PoC will verify how the customer experience assurance agent performs issue perception, knowledge-driven analysis, work order and tool coordination, and feedback by interacting with the knowledge base/knowledge graph, IT service management, customer relationship management, and network monitoring system. The implementation of the solution in this PoC aims to demonstrate intelligent, integrated, proactive, and cost-efficient customer experience assurance.&lt;br /&gt;

The PoC targets the AI-enabled and automated operation of vertical services and network slices through zero-touch closed loops, with deployment of services for prioritized traffic (URLLC) in support of collaborative robot operations. The goal is to validate the zero-touch deployment and operation of virtualized closed loop functions, integrated with an MLOps framework for training and deployment of ML models, that make use of ML-enabled analytics (for prediction of network slice performance) and ML-enabled decision (for network slice congestion identification and remediation) to guarantee ultra low latency communications for collaborative robots.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC is developed using the network and service management solutions, including an MLOps platform for lifecycle management of AI/ML models, developed in the European Commission (EC) funded project, under the Horizon Europe programme, ADROIT6G [1]. This PoC demonstrates the use case of agent-based autonomous network fault diagnosis and root cause analysis. The scope of this PoC is to validate the normative architectural extensions for Agent-Based Entities defined in ZSM020 [2] that enable intelligent fault management. It will verify how these agent-based mechanisms perform fault data collection, execute diagnostic algorithms, and interact to localize root causes within network operation frameworks. The PoC will also demonstrate the verification of analysis results and the associated security mechanisms, showcasing scenario-based solutions for network operators, OTT services, and third-party management systems as defined in the corresponding use cases.&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution in this PoC uses the relevant ZSM specifications as a reference. The design architecture of the use case follows the ZSM framework (ZSM 002 ) and incorporates the agent-based entity concepts from ZSM020 to realize the defined requirements for autonomous fault and root cause analysis.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC intends to demonstrate the use of Network Digital Twins (NDTs) in a cybersecurity context, as part of a 6G network. This approach includes two different Network Digital Twins as part of a sandbox environment, working together to mitigate cyberattacks. Those NDTs are applied for prediction and prevention, and to analyse the impact of mitigation actions. The combination of both NDTs supports minimally invasive smart automated threat management.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC is the second phase of the collaborative project on using ZSM framework to build a CAMARA NaaS platform. The first phase of this project has been carried out by ZSM PoC #8, where the architectural framework and basic functionality of a NaaS platform have been implemented, and where a cloud-based AR/VR service, offered via CAMARA APIs, has also been demonstrated. For phase two, we propose developing advanced NaaS QoD features for app-flows, including app-flow service classification and differentiation, service status monitoring, and closed-loop operations for service assurance.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC Project will demonstrate the fault management including fault detection, analysis, resolution through multi-agent collaboration, the whole process of fault management not only within single-domain but also cross-domain . The PoC aims to demonstrate:&lt;br /&gt;
1)         How multiple agents collaborate within the ZSM framework, which supports agent capability registration and discovery, agent team formation, task assignment and collaboration.&lt;br /&gt;
2)         Summarizing a human-readable fault resolution report, including the root cause, repair recommendations, and resolution status.&lt;br /&gt;
3)         Trustworthiness focus - Visualization of the whole process including collaboration of multiple agents.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution of this PoC complies with the ZSM standards. The design architecture of the use case follows GS ZSM 002 (ZSM Framework), and uses the multi-agent systems in GR ZSM 020 (Study on the Utilization of Agents in Autonomous Networks).&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC Project will describe the enhanced intent-driven approach for radio network Energy Saving in the radio network domain by utilizing NDT. The PoC aims to demonstrate:&lt;br /&gt;

1)    How to express different RAN UE throughput targets for different Frequencies or RATs in the specified area in the same intent, and receive the fulfilment results for different RAN UE throughput targets for different frequencies or RATs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2)    How an NOP uses an intent-driven approach connected with NDT capabilities to enable MnS consumer to provide the best values for intent targets and contexts based on a specific intent during intent investigation or pre-evaluation phases (i.e. before the MnS consumer expresses the intent to be fulfilled) to find out the MnS producer&#039;s capabilities. &lt;br /&gt;

(Note: NOP - Network Operator; NEP - Network Equipment Provider)&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution of this PoC complies with the 3GPP and ZSM specifications. The design architecture of the use case follows ZSM 002 (ZSM framework), and uses the intent-driven management service (including intent management operations and intent information model) defined in 3GPP TS 28.312 and 3GPP TR 28.914.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC demonstrates the use case of the Intent-based RAN resource management. The scope of this PoC is to verify how the RAN MD checks the feasibility of RAN intent delivered from E2E MD based on RAN resource usage and reservation status, and sends the result of the intent feasibility check and recommendation to E2E MD.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution of this PoC use the 3GPP standards and ZSM standards as a reference. The design architecture of the use case follows ZSM 002 (ZSM framework) and uses the intent-driven management service (including intent management operations and intent information model) defined in 3GPP TS 28.312.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC Project describes the use of an intent-driven approach for Energy Saving in the radio network domain. The PoC aims to demonstrate:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1)	How an intent-driven approach used by a NOP (as MnS consumer/intent owner) to express the RAN energy saving expectation (including energy efficiency targets and user experience targets) to a NEP (as MnS producer/intent handler/intent management entity).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2)	How the NOP monitors the RAN energy saving effects, by obtaining a detailed intent report (e.g. regarding energy consumption) from NEP.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(Note: NOP - Network Operator; NEP - Network Equipment Provider)&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution of this PoC complies with the 3GPP and the  ZSM specifications. The design architecture of the use case follows ZSM 002 (ZSM framework), and uses the intent-driven management service (including intent management operations and intent information model) defined in 3GPP TS 28.312.&lt;br /&gt;

The proof-of-concept (PoC) will showcase the 6G-Intense project’s Domain Manager and Orchestrator (DMO) solution, which manages hosting services (ZSM002) through a closed-loop control mechanism (ZSM009-1). This mechanism detects and resolves anomalies while providing human-friendly explanations (intent reporting, ZSM011). The PoC features a pipeline integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) for anomaly detection, eXplainable AI (XAI) for root cause analysis, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for user-friendly anomaly explanations and resolution.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The demonstration will highlight the closed-control loop implemented using 6G-Intense management services within the DMO. The key components include:&lt;br /&gt;
* Monitoring System (MS): Interacts with a cloud-native cluster to collect real-time data on microservice applications running within the cluster.&lt;br /&gt;
* Anomaly Detection Engines (ADEs): Utilize AI and XAI algorithms to detect anomalies in microservice applications and provide numerical feature importance analysis via XAI for root cause insights.&lt;br /&gt;
* Analytics Engine (AE): Employs machine reasoning to analyze and resolve detected anomalies while offering human-friendly explanations through LLMs.&lt;br /&gt;

The closed-control loop dynamically adjusts CPU and RAM resources for microservice applications deployed on a computing infrastructure managed by the DMO. This adaptive resource allocation ensures compliance with SLA latency requirements and prevents performance violations.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC Project describes the use of an intent-driven approach for Energy Saving in the radio network domain. The PoC aims to demonstrate:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1)	How an intent-driven approach used by a NOP (as MnS consumer/intent owner) to express the RAN energy saving expectation (including energy efficiency targets and user experience targets) to a NEP (as MnS producer/intent handler/intent management entity).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2)	How the NOP monitors the RAN energy saving effects, by obtaining a detailed intent report (e.g. regarding energy consumption) from NEP.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(Note: NOP - Network Operator; NEP - Network Equipment Provider)&lt;br /&gt;
The implementation of the solution of this PoC complies with the 3GPP and the  ZSM specifications. The design architecture of the use case follows ZSM 002 (ZSM framework), and uses the intent-driven management service (including intent management operations and intent information model) defined in 3GPP TS 28.312.&lt;br /&gt;

This PoC Project will describe the enhanced intent-driven approach for radio network Energy Saving in the radio network domain by utilizing NDT. The PoC aims to demonstrate:&lt;br /&gt;

1)    How to express different RAN UE throughput targets for different Frequencies or RATs in the specified area in the same intent, and receive the fulfilment results for different RAN UE throughput targets for different frequencies or RATs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2)    How an NOP uses an intent-driven approach connected with NDT capabilities to enable MnS consumer to provide the best values for intent targets and contexts based on a specific intent during intent investigation or pre-evaluation phases (i.e. before the MnS consumer expresses the intent to be fulfilled) to find out the MnS producer&#039;s capabilities. &lt;br /&gt;
